Over sixty years ago, the Reverend Charles and Alberta Danner founded CEDARS. Today, the vision to maintain a place where children are safe continues. CEDARS is “a place where children can experience a real childhood and begin planning for the future.”

In today’s challenging world, some children face disturbing situations including poverty, neglect, homelessness, and abuse. Over 3500 children and youth are served each year by CEDARS, a nationally accredited and top-rated charity. CEDARS gives these children safe quarters and teaches them skills for the future.
